Where can I check my ticket order?: Please use the link in the email you got after you completed your booking. If you do not have it anymore, you can request a new mail through our ticketshop.
How can I redeem my voucher?: Please head to our ticketshop. First put your voucher code in the "Redeem Voucher" box, then click "Redeem voucher" button. This will then take you to a new screen where you will be able to see and register for the package(s) that belong to your voucher.
If I have an unused voucher, is a seat guaranteed for me in a training and/or conference event?: No, the voucher does not guarantee you a seat. Tickets are on a first come first serve basis. Should you have received a voucher, please register for your package as soon as possible.
How do I book the Academic Rate?: Our Academic rates require valid proof of eligibility and special booking code to register. Please send your proof of academic status to info@troopers.de as well as which package you would like to sign up for. Once confirmed you will receive your voucher to register. Please note that Academic rates apply to current members of academic institutions like universities and academic research centers, including Ph.D. candidates.

I have a voucher from last TROOPERS. How can I redeem it?: Please contact us via info@troopers.de.
Are trainings given in German or English?: For the trainings the default language is English, unless the training is led by a German speaker and contains only German speaking attendees who are comfortable with the training being given in German. However, please note that all training materials are still prepared in English.
Do I get a certificate when attending a training?: If you are attending any training, you will get a certificate at the end of the training.
I am not a runner - how else can I help the charity?: There is a charity table in the lobby by the registration desk. There are rare TROOPERS items there that do not have a fixed cost, but you donate what you think is best. Thank you for your generosity!
What about food at TROOPERS?: Your ticket includes a light breakfast, lunch, and snacks/drinks throughout the day from Monday to Thursday. A training ticket includes a dinner on Monday evening, a conference ticket includes the Shared Dinner on Wednesday evening. Since last year we offer vegetarian & vegan food for every meal at the training or conference location. Please note that on Friday we only offer a light breakfast. If you have any special requirements, please let us know at check-in.
Do I get a certificate when attending TROOPERS?: If you are attending a training, you will get a certificate at the end of the training. If you attend any other event, such as the conference, and need a certificate, please email us at info@troopers.de
What if I am sick and cannot attend TROOPERS?: Please drop us a mail at info@troopers.de and we will explain you the procedure to follow. The following Terms and Conditions apply.
